Overview
Nexus is built with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. This policy explains exactly what the app does and does not do with your information.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
Personal identifiers (name, email, IP address)
Usage analytics or behavioural data
Crash reports or diagnostics
Device identifiers
Any data from your Jamf Pro instance
Your Jamf Pro Credentials
API credentials you enter to connect to your Jamf Pro server are stored exclusively in the native macOS Keychain on your device. They are never transmitted to us, never stored in iCloud, and never leave your Mac.
Your Jamf Pro Data
Nexus connects directly from your Mac to your own Jamf Pro server. All data (devices, policies, extension attributes, etc.) is fetched on-demand and displayed locally. We have no servers that receive, process, or store any of this data.
Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple through the Mac App Store. We do not handle payment information of any kind. Apple's Privacy Policy governs how your payment data is processed. You can review it at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Third-Party SDKs
Nexus uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only external framework used is Apple's StoreKit, which is required for App Store subscription management.
iCloud & Cloud Sync
Nexus does not use iCloud, CloudKit, or any other cloud synchronisation service. All data remains on your local device.
