Open System Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Nexus for Jamf → Cancel. Apple manages all billing — no need to contact us.
Log in to Jamf Pro → Settings → System → API Roles and Clients. Create a new API Client or regenerate a secret for the existing one. Paste the new credentials into Nexus Settings.
Your Jamf API Role is missing one or more required permissions. See the Getting Started guide for the full permissions list. Nexus will tell you exactly which permission is missing.
Scan time depends on your fleet size. Environments with 1,000+ devices and 300+ policies typically take 30–60 seconds. Nexus scans in parallel to keep this as fast as possible.
Send us an email and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.
