Terms of Use

By downloading or using Nexus, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Nexus requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later and an active, separately licensed Jamf Pro instance. Jamf Pro is not included and must be obtained independently from Jamf, Inc.

Nexus is available by monthly subscription at $19.99/month, billed through the Apple App Store. A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To cancel, go to System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Nexus.

Nexus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Resell or sublicense access to the app
• Use the app to access Jamf instances you are not authorised to manage
• Attempt to circumvent the subscription requirement

Nexus is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, compatibility with all Jamf Pro versions, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the app in production environments is at your own discretion.

We may update these terms or pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction.
