Patch Compliance

Track software update compliance across your fleet using Jamf Patch Management — without navigating Jamf Pro's multi-step reports.

Overview

The Patch view lists all patch titles configured in your Jamf instance with real-time compliance data for each title:

• Title name and current enforced version
• Compliant device count — devices on the required version
• Pending device count — devices awaiting update
• Failed device count — devices that failed to update
• A compliance progress bar showing the ratio at a glance

Searching & Filtering

• Use the search bar to filter by title name
• Sort by name, compliance percentage, or device count using column headers
• Filter by status: All, Pending, Failed

Compliance Bar

Each title shows a horizontal progress bar split into compliant / pending / failed segments. The bar gives you an immediate visual of where each title stands. Hover over any segment for exact device counts.

Supported Patch Sources

• Native Jamf patch definitions (Apple, Adobe, Microsoft, and more)
• Custom patch titles for internal software
• Externally hosted patch definitions
